We will process ticketing requests from 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time, Monday through Friday and 9:00 a.m. - Noon on Saturdays. If you are requesting a ticket outside of these time frames, please be advised your ticket price may change because airlines change their fares on a random basis. Ticket prices are not guaranteed until the ticket has actually been processed. Adventure Seekers Travel cannot be responsible for any changes in airfare. We will, however, contact you before processing any ticket that has had a change in price. If a requested charge to your credit card is declined, Adventure Seekers Travel will attempt to advise you on the next business day, which could result in a different, and possibly higher, air fare. Air fares are only guaranteed at the time of ticket issuance which can only be done with an approval from your credit card company. If you desire to purchase your airfare with a check, call us.

Sending an e-mail request or speaking to an agent in our office may, in certain circumstances, result in a lower cost ticket. One example is if you are over the age of 62 and Senior Citizen fares are available. Also, an agent may be able to advise you if changing your dates or using an alternate airport will result in a lower fare.

Adventure Seekers Travel is not responsible for incorrectly booked dates, times, airlines, and/or misunderstood or non-compliance with airlines' rules for ticketed airfare use.

Adventure Seekers Travel strongly advises purchasing trip protection insurance through the link provided to TravelEx or, if you wish, we can send you a brochure for later consideration.

Please be advised that there will be a separate charge of $10 per ticket for Adventure Seekers Travel ticketing/booking fee charged to your credit card for this service. Your acceptance of these terms provides your permission for that non-refundable charge to be applied at the time of ticket issuance.
